This is how it works: Return in 3 steps

Step 1: Pack the items securely

Pack the items you want to return securely in the original packaging or comparable shipping packaging. Place the completed return form in the packaging. Don't forget to include any accessories, instructions or other included items.

Step 2: Sending the return

Take the package to the nearest shipping point or use the return service we recommend. We recommend choosing tracking to ensure we receive your return.

Step 3: Get a refund

As soon as we receive the goods, we will process them and refund you the purchase amount.

What else you should know:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
• Items must be in unused and resalable condition.
• If you have damaged or faulty products, please contact our customer support immediately.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
